Caudell Enterprises
One corporation bringing uniquely different companies to small town America
About Justin Caudell
Owner of Caudell Enterprises

Justin Caudell, owner and operator of Caudell Enterprises, saw a need for certain
companies in his home town of Cashiers, North Carolina in 2003. Born and raised in
Palm Beach, Florida, Justin did not understand how, in the modern era, Cashiers
lacked certain qualities of larger cities. A booming vacation town, Cashiers welcomes
thousands of visitors and second homeowners every summer. But those visitors and
second homeowners had no idea every year accurately what the weather would be like
during their visit. Justin, who had studied meteorology and was a National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Association spotter at the time, saw the need for a local, reliable weather
service. In January of 2003, he created The BRS Weather Report through Cashiers'
local school, Blue Ridge, and began forecasting through their media outlets. In July of
the same year, he branched out to form Cashiers Weather Service under the Parent
Company Caudell Enterprises and began publishing in the local newspaper, The
Crossroads Chronicle, his weather forecasts, as well as local weather columns. In
addition to a local weather website.

To this day, Justin still has his post of Weather at The Crossroads Chronicle, as well as
performing duties as Sports Writer for the paper. Caudell Enterprises grew to offer
more services over the years.
